Tech Tip Tuesday ~ Dropbox

Super quick Tech Tip Tuesday this week!

I don't know which rock I've been hiding under to not have already known about Dropbox, but if any of you have been hiding with me...please come out and enjoy the view!!!

This is a free download for Windows, Mac, Linux, and mobile devices.

You can drop your stuff in your online box and it's available from any computer in the whole-wide world when you log into your Dropbox account!

For me this is an amazing asset since I go back and forth between a MacBook, an iPad, an iPhone, and an old Gateway desktop, depending on where I am and what I'm working on.  But it never fails that I need something I forgot to put on a flash drive or e-mail to myself at work, or I'm away from our network at home and what I need is on another device.  GRRR...that makes me a sad camper.

I would almost call this a lifesaver.

{No, not that kind, this kind down there!}

There's a short video that explains all the details at the Dropbox website!

AND...if you register by using my referral link, which I've used for all the links in this post, WE BOTH get 500 MB of bonus storage space for FREE!!!

So, yes I'm posting this hoping to refer a few of you since I'd love a little more free storage space, but I wouldn't be doing this if I didn't think this is a wonderful little contraption to be a part of! ;-)

If you're interested, please consider using my referral link to benefit both of us!

Enjoy :)

  1. I heart drop box and access my folders a gazillion times every day! Its great to put up freebies too for blogging readers to download! I have to admit, I use so much that I purchased the upgrade and think its totally worth it to always have it at my fingertips! Thanks for sharing your thoughts!

  3. Copy is a new cloud service that is amazing! Dropbox conventionally only offers 2gb of storage, to say the least is hardly nothing for your videos / mp3 files. Copy provides 15 gb free on registration, and you can get an additional 5GB by registering through this link!

    Total of 20gb registering through this link:
